  • What are the hours of operation for the cafe?
    • Tuesday through Sunday we are open from 7 AM to 8:30 PM. Lunch starts at 11 AM, our kitchen will close between 3-4:30 PM, and dinner will start at 4:30 PM. Please note that we do not serve breakfast.

  • What is the cancellation policy for the lodge?
    • Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance of arrival will receive a refund minus an 8% processing fee. Any cancellations made less than 30 days in advance of arrival will forfeit a refund.

  • Can we make a reservation for the cafe?
    • Lodge guests and parties of 6 or more are able to make a reservation – there will be no exceptions. Please keep in mind that we may not be able to accommodate same day reservations.

  • Is there a shuttle service in the area?
    • Yes, please visit our transportation page to view shuttle services based out of Livingston and Paradise Valley HERE.

  • Can we check in/check out late for the lodge?
    • We cannot offer early check ins or late check outs

  • Can we call in to get on the waitlist?
    • You must be present at the cafe to place your name on the waitlist. However, once your name is on the list, we will call/text you once your table is ready so you may leave the cafe until then.

  • How do we place an order for takeout?
    • We are unable to handle to go food when our dining room is full and we are on a wait list. Our small but mighty kitchen crew must focus on the orders for the dining room to ensure timely, consistent and quality fresh meals made to order. We do not take orders that exceed our seating capacity as this will cause a ripple effect for our dine in patrons. If we are able to accept to go orders, please stop in the cafe to make your to go order. You may try to call, but due to our volume of guests, we may not be able to answer the phone.
